• Please note that the lobby doors close at 5:00pm.
• So, if your appointment is after 5:00pm I will meet you at the lobby to let you in the front door.
• If it is after 5:00pm and I am not at the doors to let you in, text me at 801-361-1160. Otherwise please come to suite 233, which is on the second floor of the building. Come through the front doors and then another set of double doors. On your left will be a staircase and an elevator. When you reach the 2nd floor turn to your left and my office will be a little ways down the hall on the right.
  

Directions Coming from the North:

Merge onto I-15 South
Take the 1400 North Exit in Springiville
Turn Left at the end of the exit
Go to 1100 W and at that light turn right
At the end of the street go straight through the stop sign and the building is on your Left

Directions Coming from the South:

Merge onto I-15 North
Take the 1400 North Exit in Springiville
Turn Right at the end of the exit
Go to 1100 W and at that light turn right
At the end of the street go straight through the stop sign and the building is on your Left
