FasciaBlasting Session – Jennifer Bjornstad, LMT
I’m excited to introduce you to FasciaBlasting, a highly sought-after method that utilizes a specialized tool known as the FasciaBlaster to target and manipulate the fascia within the body. Fascia, which surrounds and provides support to muscles, bones, and organs, plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. With the FasciaBlaster, I apply precise pressure to the fascia, aiding in the breakdown of adhesions, tension release, and potentially enhancing the appearance and functionality of the tissue.
This technique has gained attention for its potential advantages, including reducing the appearance of cellulite, improving circulation, and promoting a sense of overall well-being. It’s important to keep in mind that individual results and experiences may vary. I recommend consulting with a qualified professional before beginning any self-treatment regimen. Questions & Answers
1. Who should NOT have this technique done?
2. What should I wear for the FasciaBlasting session?
For optimal effectiveness of the FasciaBlaster, it is essential to perform FasciaBlasting directly on the skin in the targeted area. This requires wearing clothing that allows for exposure of the specific body part(s) being treated. For women, options like booty shorts, thongs, bikinis, sports bras (with minimal straps), tube tops, or tank tops are ideal for accessing areas such as the hips, legs, abdomen, back, and arms. Men, please wear boxer briefs.
3. Should a person expect brusing after fascia blasting?
4. How many sessions should a person do and frequency of session to see results?
The number of sessions and frequency of FasciaBlasting can vary depending on individual goals, preferences, and response to the technique. It is suggested to come approximately once a week for 6 to 8 weeks to start seeing results. However, if you are doing FasciaBlasting at home in between sessions you can space out the FasciaBlasting sessions.
In terms of seeing results, it is important to note that everyone’s body is unique, and the time it takes to observe changes can vary. Some individuals may notice improvements in the appearance of their skin, reduction in the appearance of cellulite, or increased flexibility and mobility after a few weeks of consistent FasciaBlasting. However, it may take longer for others to see noticeable changes.
It’s worth mentioning that results can be influenced by factors such as overall health, lifestyle, diet, and genetic predispositions. Additionally, combining FasciaBlasting with other healthy habits, such as regular exercise and a balanced diet, may help maximize results. If you are uncertain about the optimal number of sessions and frequency for your specific goals, it is recommended to consult with a knowledgeable professional who can provide personalized guidance and recommendations based on your individual needs.
5. How does a heat lamp with red light help the body?
A heat lamp with red light, also known as red light therapy or photobiomodulation, is believed to provide several benefits to the body. Red light therapy utilizes specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and interact with cells. Here are some ways in which a heat lamp with red light can potentially help the body:
- Skin health: Red light therapy is thought to stimulate collagen production, which can improve the appearance of skin by reducing wrinkles, fine lines, and promoting a more youthful complexion. It may also help with the healing of wounds, scars, and acne.
- Pain management: Red light therapy has been suggested to have analgesic properties, potentially reducing pain and inflammation in the body. It is often used to manage muscle and joint pain, such as arthritis, back pain, or sports injuries.
- Improved circulation: Red light therapy may help improve blood circulation by promoting the formation of new capillaries. This can support the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, aiding in the healing process and overall well-being.
- Mood and sleep: Some studies suggest that red light therapy may have positive effects on mood and sleep patterns. It can potentially help regulate circadian rhythms and improve melatonin production, which is crucial for a healthy sleep-wake cycle.
- Cellular function: Red light therapy is believed to stimulate mitochondria within cells, enhancing their energy production and promoting cellular function. This may lead to various systemic benefits throughout the body.
